Varanese is hosting a Beam Small Batch Collection Distiller Dinner on Thursday, September 28th with a reception at 6:30pm and dinner at 7:00pm. The event will feature four creative courses as well as a reception, entrée, and dessert cocktail. Also included is a specialty bourbon flight featuring Basil Hayden’s, Booker’s, and Knob Creek. The Special Guest Speaker is Fred Noe, current Jim Beam Master Distiller and “Global Ambassador” of bourbon.

Butternut Squash Bisque Topped with Sautéed Bay Scallops
With Julianne Granny Smith Apples and Pumpkin Seed Gremolata

Third Course
Entrée Cocktail: “Barolo Manhattan”
Texas Style Smoked Beef Ribs
Served over a Caramelized Onion and Bacon Hash Cake
With Bleu Cheese and Brussels Sprout Slaw

Fourth Course
Dessert Cocktail: “Kentucky Cappuccino”
Roasted Pumpkin Ice with Candied Walnuts,
Toasted Milk Meringue, Chocolate Tuile, Brûléed Marshmallow
And Graham Cracker Crumble
