Chef John Varanese invites you to the launch of his own Maker's Mark Private Select Bourbon! Enjoy a four course meal created by Chef John & Chef Erik, expertly paired with Maker's Mark bourbons, including the Varanese Private Select. The Varanese team visited the Maker’s Mark Distillery to craft a unique batch of bourbon with hand-picked flavor profiles created with finishing barrel staves. The result is a fully customized and matured Maker’s Mark® bourbon at cask strength that you will not find anywhere else but Varanese. Third Course Entrée Cocktail: “Fig Spiced Pear Manhattan” Toasted French Spice Stave Smoked Grilled Bone-In Pork Chop topped with a Dried Fig and Balsamic Chutney with Roasted Cauliflower and a Herb Crusted Bacon and 5 Cheese Macaroni

Fourth Course Dessert Cocktail: “Hazelnut-Coffee Cocktail” Baked American Stave Bourbon Glazed Fried Apple Turnover served with House-Made Butter Pecan Ice Cream
